Q. How does Easy Escrow work?

As a buyer you select the item you want then negotiate the price, shippping, warranties and any other terms and conditions with the supplier. Then make the payment for the goods to the DoTradeEasy Escrow account. The supplier ships the goods and sends delivery details to you. Once you receive the goods, check the product and approve the payment. Then we release the payment to supplier.

If there is any problem with the goods, contact the supplier to agree a return, refund and other settlement, or the payment can be returned.

Q. What if the supplier refures to pay via Easy Escrow?

You can deal direct with sellers though the DoTradeEasy platform, without using Escrow protection. This, however poses higher risks for buyers. We offer the Esrow system as a payment security to protect buyers. So we recommend using it, particularly when dealing with new business counterparties.

If you elect to deal without the protection of Escrow DoTradeEasy can not assume any responsibility for risks or loss of payment.
